Welcome to the unique handmade vegetarian and vegan jewellery selection, especially created by designed for you Jewellery.
We love to offer choice to all our customers, and early in our development we chose to categorise our unique handmade jewellery as vegetarian or not. When we realised that vegans had extra requirements for jewellery we found a modification to our selection, to cater properly for the needs of our vegan customers.

vegetarian jewellery selection
In our vegetarian selection each jewellery item is marked by a 
This selection excludes any piece containing any:-
shell, mother-of-pearl, pearls, coral, bone, horn or leather.
This still leaves a vast selection of materials from which to make fabulous jewellery.
We have a large selection of vegetarian necklaces and vegetarian earrings for sale, and a smaller, but good, selection of vegetarian bracelets.
You can also view the mens vegetarian jewellery selection that is available for sale.
Space sometimes means we have to limit our description, so sometimes it may not be apparent why an item is not marked as vegetarian. This may well be either because it is strung on leather or has an inappropriate bead which is insignificant to the description.

As vegan jewellery also excludes amber, fossils, silk, wool and felt
any piece containing these items will say
not suitable for vegans
at the end of the jewellery description of a vegetarian piece of jewellery.
As there are few items that are unsuitable for vegans in our vegetarian jewellery selection; we have for sale nearly as many vegan necklaces, vegan earrings and vegan bracelets, as there are vegetarian ones.
