In our bespoke service you may select one of our ready-to-wear jewellery designs which we will make to your size, with the colours and findings of your choice. The original colour
combinations will not be available. If the colour combination you choose has already been made, we will suggest either a variation in the design or changing one or more of your colours.
To have an existing piece of jewellery made to your unique colourway & other requirements:

1.) Please read and use the bespoke notes below to send us the information we need to customise your selected jewellery design.
2.) To select one of the ready to wear jewellery designs either
a.) click jewellery sales or
b.) look through our ready-to-wear section on the archive.
3.) When you have selected the jewellery design, copy the name of the design into an email and fill in your details.
Please note although there are pictures of our commissions in the archive
they are not available for this service.
4.) We will advise you if are unable to meet your requirements.

5.) The bespoke process begins when we agree to make a piece of jewellery for you. You then put a non refundable deposit of half the price of the original design you wish to have copied.
6.) We then make up the piece in the colours, size and findings of your specification. Extra cost on bespoke jewellery pieces will be costed according to the size, catch/bead type and extra time taken to complete. We will advise you if the cost will be significantly dearer than the original design.
7.) We will notify you when your piece of jewellery is finished and advise you of the remaining cost outstanding. On receipt of your payment we will despatch the piece to you.
The jewellery remains our property until the final payment has been cleared.

If you want matching jewellery for a number of people we may be able to make them, dependant on available stock, but in line with our individual policy each will be very slightly different.
Please discuss this with us.
Specially bespoke jewellery pieces are not subject to our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note: we retain the copyright of all our designs - including variations we make to them.

For semi-precious please give an idea of what main stones you would like. We only list the gem stones that we normally have in stock. Please note that we do not keep all sizes and cuts of
stone in stock. If we cannot meet your stone requirements and a substitute is not acceptable we will have to refuse the order. We will give you an estimate of the completion time. This will
of course depend on our current workload.
If you don't know what gemstones you'd like please state semi-precious and your preferred colours.
Catch (for necklaces, bracelets, anklets)
If you have a special catch requirement please specify. Otherwise we will put an appropriate catch on the piece. No catch is required for elasticated items.
Magnetic catches and beads must not to be worn by people who have pacemakers.
Earring fittings--Please look at earring fittings under jewellery info.
Length (for necklaces, bracelets, anklets)
Where an extension chain is needed please put the minimum and maximum size.

If we cannot accommodate your request we will let you know. Where possible we will suggest an alternative.
All our pieces are designed to sustain normal light wear. Where individual links are used they are generally not soldered so will not sustain unreasonable force. Our jewellery is not
waterproof and can be damaged by contact with water unless otherwise stated.
Our jewellery is designed for adults, in size and structure. Jewellery contains small parts and is not designed for children to play with. Small parts can present a choking hazard to young
children.
